Liskebe joined FPAC in 2024 as a Human Resources Business Partner, playing a key role in fostering a supportive and efficient workplace. She provides strategic HR guidance, supports employees and the leadership team in performance management and career development, and manages employee relations. With expertise in recruitment, onboarding, and benefits administration, Liskebe ensures a seamless hiring process and a strong foundation for new employees. She also leads employee engagement initiatives, coordinates training programs, and ensures compliance with employment regulations.
Liskebe holds a Bachelor’s degree in Global and International Studies with a specialization in Global Law and Social Justice, along with a Human Resources Management certificate from Carleton University. As a Certified Human Resources Professional, she is committed to enhancing the employee experience and fostering a culture of growth and inclusivity.
Outside of work, Liskebe enjoys exploring new crafts and hobbies.
