Seza joined FPAC in 2024 as the Finance & Operations Coordinator. In this role, she ensures financial and operational efficiency by streamlining expense reporting, managing contracts, and supporting key finance functions such as audits, budgeting, and invoicing. She also plays a role in coordinating Audit Committee meetings and drafting policies to enhance organizational processes.
Prior to joining FPAC, Seza held finance and operations leadership roles in both industry and nonprofit sectors. She has experience in financial management, process optimization, and project coordination, having led budgeting initiatives, financial reporting, and operational improvements to drive efficiency and support business goals.
Outside of work, she enjoys exploring new skills, staying active, and embracing the great outdoors - something she now appreciates even more while working in the forest sector!
